Fee Waivers for CSU/UC College Applications

Fee Waivers for CSU/UC College Applications

If you used a fee waiver to take the SAT and/or ACT exams you are eligible for a college application fee waiver for the University of California system or the California State University system. When you fill out your CSU/UC application you will apply on the application for a fee waiver from that school. If you are denied you should indicate that you want to pay by mail and then pick up a College Application fee waiver in Counseling and mail it to the college you applied to. If you are approved for the school's fee waiver, then you don't have to do anything further.

If you have ANY questions about college applications (or college in general) please come in and talk to your counselors. If they are busy, fill out a request to see the counselor and they will call you in as soon as possible. You can also drop by during break and lunch to talk to them.

SAT Fee Waivers Are In!

We have now received our SAT fee waivers! If you are an Avid student or on the Free/Reduced lunch program, you may be eligible for a fee waiver for the SAT test.

Stop by the Counseling Office and ask the secretary to see if you qualify!

Still no sign of the ACT waivers yet. Stay tuned for the announcement when they do arrive.

EHS Bulletins

I have mentioned checking out the bulletin many times here. The bulletins are typically read by your first period teacher but occasionally they don't have time.

If your teacher doesn't read the bulletin, you can find them posted outside of the main office and in the Counseling office. You can also find them on PowerSchool. If you don't know your PowerSchool log in and password, you can go to M103 and ask Kris.

Bulletins contain important information about events happening at school, club meetings and events, dances, games and other information you need to know, so check it out!

Confused About Financial Aid Information?

If you are confused about any financial aid information you are receiving and need some help deciphering it, please come by the Counseling office for some help.

The FAFSA forms are touchy and all it takes is one mistake to throw off your results. So if you got information that doesn't make sense to you, stop by and ask the counselors for help.
