Back To School Night- September 22, 2011

Don't forget, back to school night is THIS Thursday September 22, 2011!

This is event will be from 5:30 p.m.-8:00p.m. Pick up your student's schedule starting at 5:30 in front of the Auditorium.

At 6:00 join EHS Principal Rick Jordan and the Administrative Team in the auditorium for a welcome message.

The schedule will be:

Welcome message: 6:00- 6:15

Period 0: 6:20-6:30

Period 1: 6:35-6:45

Period 2: 6:50-7:00

Period 3: 7:05-7:15

Period 4: 7:20-7:30

Period 5: 7:35-7:45

Period 6: 7:50-8:00

EHS Athletic Boosters and PTSA will have booths set up to join and buy spirit wear and the Finance Office will be open to sell ASB cards, Yearbooks and more.

We hope to see you there!!!

Schedules!

By now, your schedules should be arriving in the mail. In the envelope with the schedule, there is a page with all the information  you need if you have an issue with your schedule. Please read that letter as it will answer most questions you may have.

Sophomores, juniors and seniors: only schedule changes reflecting  your Navigator 4-year plan will be honored. If the change does not meet this criteria, you must go into Navigator and rework your 4-year plan AND have it approved by your counselor. Freshman can meet without making changes in Navigator.
Counselors will ONLY be addressing schedule gaps and changes made in Navigator. Other concerns can be addressed after school has started.

If you schedule looks good no action is needed.

To request a change that reflects your 4-year plan, please email your counselor now with your questions/requests as they are working on changes this week. The counselor case loads are according to your last name and are as follows:
