We have a brand new scholarship to offer honoring community service from the First Presbyterian Church of Eureka.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduating Senior from Eureka High School
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- Planning to attend and accepted to an accredited community college, college or university
- Performed community service in the Eureka area.
What to submit:
- Completed application form
- One page essay describing your community service work, the effect your service had on your life how community service will affect your life in college and how you see community service becoming a part of your life.
- Official High School transcript
- Two letters of recommendation: either two letters from you community service involvement or one from your community service and the other letter from someone of your choice
- List of Community Service work with dates of service.
Applications are available in the scholarship box located in the Counseling Office. This application is due in the Counseling Office on Thursday, May 26, 2011 before 3:30pm.
