The Eureka High School PTSA Scholarship applications are due Friday, May 27, 2011!!
Criteria:
- Minimum GPA 2.0
- Scholarship money must be used the following academic year at a college, university , community college or trade school
- Must submit a 150-200 word essay describing your most rewarding experience during your high school years consistent with the PTSA Philosophy Statement. (located on the application)
- Your application and essay should be neat, with correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- You must be a member of the PTSA (Main Office has information about that)
- Due in the counseling office by 3:30 pm on Friday, May 27, 2011
What to submit:
- Completed Application
- 150-200 word essay (remember, spelling, grammar and punctuation count!)
- Copy of your official high school transcript
Applications are available in the Counseling Office. There is still time!
