The Jacoby Creek Children’s Education Foundation is offering three $500 merit scholarships that will be based on academic performance, GPA, school and community activities and other extracurricular activities.
Applications are now available in the counseling office.
What to submit:
· Completed application
· High school transcript
· Verification by counselor of acceptance to desired school
On the application, elaborate on the items that show how you stand out both academically and personally and if you have provided extended service to Jacoby Creek School
You will need to submit three copies of your application packet for the committee.
