Applications are now available in the Counseling office!

Qualifications:

• Senior at Eureka High School
• Minimum GPA of 2.5
• Interested in pursuing a Business Major

What to Submit:

1. Completed Scholarship Application
2. Cover Letter
3. Letter of reference from a teacher
4. Copy of your high school transcript

Submit your completed application packet by May 23, 2012 to:
