Welcome Back!!!

We hope you had a nice, relaxing Winter break and are rested and ready for school again.

Just a few reminders about some upcoming dates that you may need to know:

• SAT- The next SAT test is scheduled for January 28, 2012 and the registration deadline is January 13, 2012. Come to the Counselling Office to see if you qualify for a fee waiver.
• ASVAB Career Exploration Test- This test can help you identify your skills and interest and is free.  It is scheduled for Saturday, January 14, 2012 at 8:30 am. in the Lecture Room at Eureka High. Come in to the counseling office and register and pick up an information booklet. The information booklet explains more about the test and how you can use it to your advantage.
• Finals- Finals will be taken January 18, 19 and 20. Watch your bulletin for the finals schedule.
• Spring Semester- Spring Semester begins Monday, January 23rd.

We have several scholarships that are due in January, starting on the 10th. Come into the counseling office and pick up your applications today! Remember, you will most likely need transcripts for those so go to the Registrar's office and request them soon. There is a 48 hour turn around time on those, don't miss your opportunity to apply because you don't have a transcript.
