This is a specialized scholarship aimed at graduating seniors who have a parent or legal guardian who is/was an employee of a wine grape grower during the 2010-2011 season. (Employment must be verifiable). There are two types of scholarships being awarded:
- At least two $8,000 scholarships for four years at any University of California or California State University system school.
- At least four $2,000 scholarships for any two years at any California community college.
Selection is based on financial need, demonstrated scholastic ability, community involvement and leadership/or work history, your determination to succeed and a 500 word essay. Click on the link below for the application and more detailed orientation.
