Deadlines for February!

• Today is the deadline for the KFC Scholars scholarship. Go to www.kfcscholars.org today to apply. NO late applications will be considered.
• Mark E. Reed Scholarship (Green Diamond) is due February 25th. Go to www.greendiamond.com and print out the Application form AND the Qualification form. These need to be filled out and sent so it will arrive by 2.25/2011 at 5:00pm.
• Humboldt County Legal Professionals Association scholarships are due February 28, 2011. For the Eula Mae Jett scholarship, go to www.LSI.org to get the application.  For the Judge Harold E. Nevelle/John E. Morrison Scholarship AND the Donna Mullen Scholarship, contact Connie Scheckla at (707) 445-2071 for application materials.
• PG&E Scholarship applications are due February 28th. There are several scholarships available. Go to www.pge.com and click on the left sidebar to access the various scholarships. There will be information about each one and application instructions.
• American Institute of Architects (AIA) Redwood Empire Scholarship Fund deadline is February 28th. Go to  http://www.sonomacf.org to get information, checklists and application information.

There is also a great Internship for those interested in the medical field. The Arthritis Foundation is offering a Summer Science Internship this summer for students interested in basic laboratory research and clinical research. For more information and an application go Here
