February Deadline Scholarships

Here are the scholarships that will be due this month. Don't miss these important deadlines:

• Feb.1, 2011: Christermon beverage industry scholarship
• Feb.1, 2011: Soroptimist International Humboldt Bay and Eureka Chapter Distinguished Youth Scholarship
• Feb. 7, 2011: eQuality Scholarship Collaborative
• Feb.9, 2011: KFC Scholars Program
• Feb. 28, 2011: American Institute of Architecture Redwood Empire Scholarship
• Feb.28, 2011: Humboldt County Legal Professionals Association- there are several available
• Feb.28, 2011: PG&E Scholarship- there are several available

NOT a scholarship but a great learning opportunity. The Arthritis Foundation is offering a Summer Science Institute internship for students interested in working in the research and clinical side of medicine. This will be held at Stanford University or UCSF depending on which discipline you indicate. The deadline for this is February 25, 2011 at 5:00. Come by the Counseling Office to pick up information and application located in the Scholarship Box.
