Seniors if you are submitting a Humboldt Area Foundation Scholarship Application, please give the registrar’s office your email address when requesting your transcript. If you have already requested a transcript and it has not been emailed to you then please stop by M103 give us your email address. You may also send a request to traylort@eurekacityschools.org--Please put HAF transcript request in the subject line.
