Scholar Athlete Milk Mustache of the Year (SAMMY) 2012 Applications

Deadline March 19, 2012 (online application only)

The SAMMY 2012 Award Program recognizes outstanding high school seniors throughout the United States. (For complete rules and information, go to www.Facebook.com/MilkMustache)

There will be 25 winners and they will receive:

·   A $7,500 scholarship from the Milk Processor Education Program

·   Invitation for winners and parents/guardians to attend a SAMMY Awards weekend at Walt Disney World in Florida (June 2012)

·   An opportunity to be in a Congratulatory Milk Mustache ad in a June 2012 edition of USA Today

Applications will be judged in the following areas:

·   Academic performance (35%)

·   Athletic excellence (35%)

·   Leadership (15%)

·   Community Service (10%)
